After the production of a finished batch, all SMD material is checked by an X-ray counter, and the values are directly transferred to the ERP system. This ensures we always have up-to-date stock levels.

All assemblies are 100% inspected using our 3D-AOI systems. THT assembly is done manually and can be soldered by hand or using selective or wave soldering machines from ERSA.

Assemblies can be tested and programmed using ICT/functional testers in line with customer specifications.

Cable assembly, protective coating, and device assembly are also part of our capabilities.
